Public Request

Members of the public can obtain a hard copy of a document using the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request process. The FOIA request form can be accessed on-line at http://www.id.doe.gov/doeid/foia/home.html or by contacting the FOIA office at (208) 526-5918.

Internal Request

INEEL employees can obtain a hard copy by contacting the Administrative Record / Information Repository Coordinator at tua@inel.gov , 526-2077 or mail stop 3922. An INEEL charge number will be required.
